Clips travel further than context does. That is not a complaint, it is just physics. But since the clip went further than I did, here are the remarks in full.

The line that travelled was the sharp one. The line I actually care about was the one right after it, which nobody ran, because it was a policy sentence and policy sentences do not travel.

So: if you only saw fifteen seconds of this, the fifteen seconds were real. They were also the least useful part.
